This Privacy Policy describes how GolfMore LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our mobile application GolfMore (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Information You Provide

When you register for an account and use the App, we collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Name and email address
• Username and password
• Profile photos
• Golf handicap and play preferences
• User-generated content such as match posts, chat messages, and friend requests
• Contact or authentication data (session tokens)

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

• Location Data: With your permission, we collect your device's GPS location to show you nearby golf matches and courses sorted by distance. You can disable location access in your device settings, but some features may not work properly without it.
• Device Data: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and IP address.
• Log and Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including pages viewed, features used, and crash reports.
• Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we collect device tokens to deliver notifications about match invites, friend requests, and other activity.

Sensitive Information

We do not collect or process sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, sexual orientation, or biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Provide and deliver our Services: Create your account, match you with other golfers, enable messaging, and display nearby matches.
• Enable user-to-user communications: Facilitate chat between matched golfers and friend interactions.
• Send administrative information: Deliver push notifications about match invites, friend requests, match reminders, and service updates.
• Protect our Services: Monitor for abuse, enforce our Terms of Use, review user reports, moderate content, and prevent fraud.
• Respond to inquiries: Address your questions, feedback, and support requests.

3. When and With Whom We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With other users: Your profile information (name, username, profile photo, handicap) is visible to other users of the App. Match posts you create are visible to users browsing the feed.
• With service providers: We share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the App, including cloud computing services (server hosting), user authentication services, and website hosting providers.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request.

4. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure session management. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Do-Not-Track Signals

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) browser signals, as no uniform standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
